When is my deposit due?

A non-refundable deposit in the amount of 25% of your total is due upon the signing of your contract which reserves your event date. The deposit is applied towards your total.

When is the remainder of my payment due?

Your payment is due 30 days in advance of your event date.

What if I need to cancel?

Any request to cancel must be made in writing at least 60 days in advance of the original event date in order to receive a refund.

What if I need to change my event date?

Any request to change an event date must be done 60 days in advance of the original event date. Date change is subject to availability of personnel and equipment.

Do you travel outside of the greater Memphis area?

Yes! We are happy to travel to your event. Travel costs are covered in any package up to a 40 mile radius from zip code 38117. A separate fuel surcharge of 65.5 cents per mile (2023 standard mileage rate) will be billed for any trips that extend further than 40 miles.

If my event takes place during a holiday weekend, is there an extra fee?

Yes, booking during a holiday weekend incurs an additional $75 holiday charge. New Year’s Eve could be a higher fee depending on the event size and type.

Can you setup outdoors?

This depends on the location, weather, and temperature of the event. Adequate power sources and coverage would also need to be provided.

Do you have a minimum amount of hours to book?

We do have a 2 hour minimum.
